The secretary of the legal department, Çlirim Gjata, spoke about the cancellation of the Appeal decision by the Supreme Court.

"You cannot accept it as accepted in the Appeal, the procedure does not provide for it, on the contrary, the Parliament abolished this procedure 22 years ago. How can such a thing be accepted? Because it is up to some judges in the Appeal who have to implement Edi Rama's orders, not to let the opposition register for elections. This is politics then, not jurisprudence. What is the need for a court, let Edi Rama decide for himself.

A person who is not a party to the trial, is not named in the court decision, cannot file an appeal or prove the fact. If the court legitimizes the third person, it has violated the law, just like the Court of Appeal. Why did you return it for retrial? To delay it another year. As long as the Appeal ends, as long as it goes to the First Instance of the court, we still have no chance to enter 2025.
