The plenary session has ended after 12 hours. The majority voted alone on the draft laws on the plenary session agenda after the opposition left the parliament.

DP and PL MPs left the Assembly hall, following the expulsion of the deputy leader of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi.

Approved draft laws:

-Draft law "On the freedom of establishment and provision of services in the Republic of Albania", with 76 votes in favor, 0 abstentions and 0 against

-Draft law "On the establishment of the National Agency for Educational Services", with 76 votes in favor, 0 abstentions and 0 against

-Draft law “On some amendments and additions to law no. 52/2024, “On the labeling of energy-impacting products””, with 77 votes in favor, 0 abstentions and 0 against

-Draft law "On the ratification of the Multilateral Convention, "On facilitating the implementation of the second pillar, subject to the tax rule"", with 76 votes in favor, 0 abstentions and 0 against

-Draft law "On some additions and amendments to law no. 33, dated 31.03.2021, "On the Guard of the Republic of Albania", as amended", with 77 votes in favor, 0 abstentions and 0 against. / CNA
