Analyst Andi Bushati has stated that Tirana is on the verge of collapse due to the construction of high-rise buildings.

Invited to the show Të Paekspozuarit, Bushati said that the massacre is now being transferred to Vlora and Himara.

He added that Rama's construction momentum is waning, the pillar that keeps him standing is falling.

"The person asks the initial question. If you look at the Lungomare of Vlorë, I said it is one of the good things that Rama has done during his government. Rama knows that he has left a good mark there. Why is he being forced to build towers in Vlorë? Why is he also going to Himara? We cannot accuse him of having no aesthetic taste. Why is he building a tower in Himara? To answer this, we must explain how the system is maintained.

Rama has chosen to develop Albania without a manufacturing industry. The only thing that keeps the system afloat is the construction of high-rise buildings. Tirana is on the verge of collapse. Prices are falling, apartments are empty as much as you want. That is why the massacre that was done to Tirana is being attempted to be transferred from Vlora to Himara and below to keep the same economy afloat. Rama's construction flow is decreasing, the pillar that keeps him afloat is falling. He comes out and says Albanian money is clean, these come from Dubai, because Dubai is in crisis.

In this sense, Edi Rama, by destroying towers from the Vlora Riviera to Himara, has the obligatory condition to keep his regime afloat, as long as SPAK allows him to do so. Where the essence of the regime is affected, but SPAK is asleep", declared Bushati./ CNA
