Vendimi për Gëllçin rrëzohet në Gjykatën e Lartë, kthehet për rigjykim në Apelin e GJKKO

Gjykata e Lartë e Shqipërisë ka rrëzuar vendimin e mëparshëm ndaj ish-drejtorit të Radio Televizionit Shqiptar, Thoma Gëllçi, duke urdhëruar që çështja të shqyrtohet sërish në Apel nga një trup tjetër gjykues.

Në të njëjtin hetim janë përfshirë edhe tre anëtarë të Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave, Alban Malaveci, Ervin Muraj dhe Julian Tapia, të cilët dyshohen për shkelje të barazisë në tenderë.

Sipas akuzës, Gëllçi, në cilësinë e drejtuesit të institucionit në atë kohë, ka pasur rol në shkeljet e konstatuara në këtë procedurë prokurimi, për çka akuzohet për shpërdorim detyre.

Me kthimin e dosjes për rigjykim, pritet që Gjykata të rivlerësojë provat dhe të japë një vendim të ri për këtë çështje./ CNA
