Today, at the "Elbasan Arena" stadium, a football match will be played between the teams "AF Elbasani" and "Vllaznia".

To guarantee order and security before, during and after the football match to be played at 7:00 PM, the police have taken a series of security measures.

It is announced that vehicle traffic will be blocked in the perimeter around the stadium, and only vehicles equipped with special authorization will be allowed to move, where the vehicle license plates must also be marked.

The police also emphasize that they will guarantee and ensure the movement of fans along designated routes and will not allow gatherings or crossings outside the designated route.

The Elbasan Local Police Directorate has taken all measures to guarantee order and security before, during and after the football match between the teams "AF Elbasani" and "Vllaznia", which will take place today, 27.04.2026, at 19:00, at the "Elbasan Arena" stadium.

During this activity, vehicle traffic will be blocked in the perimeter around the stadium.

Circulation will only be allowed for vehicles equipped with special authorization, where vehicle license plates must also be marked.

The police will guarantee and ensure the movement of fans along designated routes and will not allow gatherings or crossings outside the designated route.

In accordance with the plan of measures, fans will be checked before entering the stadium for illegal items (hard objects, water bottles, umbrellas, metal keys or pyrotechnics, etc.). Each fan must be equipped with an identification document.

Citizens without identification documents will not be allowed to enter the stadium. Also, minor children will not be allowed to enter without the presence of a parent or legal guardian accompanied by identification documents.

Fans previously identified by the Police as problematic at various sporting events will not be allowed into the stadium.
