Prime Minister Edi Rama started this Friday with the next initiative of Shkodër Municipality.
In a post on social networks, he informs that the Municipality of Shkodër has started installing solar panels in public education institutions, starting with kindergartens for the youngest.
According to him, this is an efficient way of heating, saving energy, and protecting the environment.
