The journalist, Erl Murati, spoke about the action of the opposition.

He says that it is a positive action and it has obviously gained public opinion, because in the end what the opposition is looking for is transparency, regardless of whether it turns out that way or not.

According to Murat, the new SP Law on Investigative Commissions is unconstitutional.

"The action of the opposition is positive and has obviously increased the public opinion, because in the end what the opposition wants is transparency, regardless of whether it turns out that way or not. Even the fact that they have taken this initiative, to change the law on Investigative Commissions, I suspect that this law is unconstitutional. I doubt that this law will be passed. The majority did this only to gain time, because a law that contradicts the Constitution cannot be made.

At the moment we have the Constitution which says that commissions must be set up at the request of the minority of deputies, this cannot be limited by law. However they sew the law, there is a constitutional principle, and the principle is to allow investigation. They can only do this if they change the constitution. So if they decide to go all the way to the end of madness to stop every parliamentary committee, they can also use a part of the opposition to do this ," said journalist Erl Murati./ CNA
