Yesterday he was suspended from duty/ Granit Gjana goes to SPAK

The former prefect of Kukës, Granit Gjana, appeared this Thursday morning at SPAK.

Ghana is under investigation for abuse of the fuel tender.

He was suspended yesterday from the post as prefect of Kukës, as SPAK accuses him of the criminal offense "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions", when he held the post as the deputy mayor of the Kukës Municipality.

The former deputy of Safet Gjic was appointed to this post on September 13 and held it for less than two months.

We remember that he appeared in the video-scandal with the dog tender of Safet Gjic, the former mayor of Kukës Municipality.

In the video published on June 16, Safet Gjici, together with citizen Alma K., performed a sexual act in the office of the mayor of Kukës.

Afterwards, Gjici talked with Alma K. about the street dog tender and instructed the vice president Granit Gjana to follow the legal steps for the project.

Alma K. went to Gjana's office and received the instructions for the necessary documents, submitted the papers and finally left the Kukes City Hall building with the confirmation that she would receive the tender.
