In a neighborhood in Patos on November 19, 2023 in the middle of the night, two thieves break in and steal 10 guinea fowl from the Malay family.

The complaint comes from Pëllumb Malaj, the youngest son of the house, who has been an immigrant for 20 years in Greece. He says that his 85-year-old mother lives alone at home, and he fears more for her safety.

Complainant:  I have been living in Greece for 27 years. I have only my mother who lives in Patos. 10 days ago, they entered my house and violated my apartment, they stole from me. I came from Greece for this job. I filed a report at the Patos Police Region to identify the persons, I was not given a solution.

Complainant:  No one has ever stolen from us. The old man has been dead for 3 months. The old man is gone, this work is done. I ate an egg because I couldn't afford it. That's why I kept them. Why would the boy come from there? He ruined his work. It scared me. I'm afraid at night.

"Stop" secured the security cameras of the area where the theft took place, building the event. According to Pëllumbi, who did not find a solution in the Patos police, the thief is Bajram Sulejmani, a neighbor in the area.

Complainant:  I was forced myself. I opened my home cameras. I opened the neighbors' cameras and identified one of them. I identified the license plates of the car. There is one who lives below us, his name is Bajram Sulejmanaj. I went to the police and made a report and they told me that "for 5 chickens you now report to the police" and I addressed the show "Stop" about this issue because otherwise I could not find a solution. Please solve this conversation because today they broke into my house and stole my chickens and tomorrow they will break into my house and slaughter my old lady.

Bajram Sulejmani limps and a lame person can be seen on camera. "Stop" asked the suspect of the incident, Bajram Sulejman, about this denunciation.

Journalist:  How are you Bajram? In connection with a theft that occurred here, you are charged. Do you limp or not?

Bajram Sulejmani:  I don't limp, not at all. I also explained to the police that I drive around when I drive a taxi.

Bajram Sulejmani denies everything and says that he works as an undercover taxi, but he has no alibi as to where he was on the night of the theft at 2 am.

Bajram Sulejmani:  Yes, it has passed.

Journalist:  Where did you go?
