"We asked for American military commanders as witnesses"/ Media: The

Former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, at the end of the session at the GJKKO on the Gërdeci case, stated that SPAK is covering this process with negativity. Mediu said that the decision on ammunition was not made by the minister but by the Military Staff and that the competencies are determined by the Council of Ministers, law and the Constitution.
