The Judicial Appointments Council (JAC), with the participation of its members and invited representatives in accordance with point 2 of Article 233 of Law No. 115/2016, held its next meeting today, based on the agenda published in the official announcement dated 22.09.2025.
The Council approved the Report and the final ranking list of candidates who applied to fill the vacant position created in the Constitutional Court, announced by the Supreme Court on 11.12.2024.
The three most highly regarded candidates for Holta Zaçaj's seat are Asim Vokshi, Naureda Llagami and Florian Ballhysa.
