The deputy of the Socialist Party, Jurgis Çyrbja, handed over the mandate of the deputy this Thursday.
Until now, the reasons for handing over the mandate are not known, but this decision comes two days after it was presented to the Special Prosecutor's Office.
Çyrbja was interrogated at SPAK for about 5 hours, but refused to talk about the charges brought against him.
The appearance of the socialist deputy in SPAK is related to a report made by the deputy Edi Paloka in 2021, for the time when Çyrbja was the director of the Durrës Mortgage.
