Afera e inceneratorit të Tiranës/ Sot seanca në GJKKO për masat e sigurisë

SPAK

Gjykata e Posaçme zhvillon të hënën seancat e njoftimit të masave të sigurisë të vendosura për 15 urdhër-arrestet e lëshuara për aferën me inceneratorin e Tiranës. 

Të premten SPAK lëshoi 15 urdhër-arrestet e tjera për aferën e inceneratorit të Tiranës me vlerë 110 milionë euro.
Në pranga kanë rënë, Bledar Karoli, Taulant Tusha, Namik Simixhiu dhe Jetmir Llapaj.

Ndërkohë në kërkim janë Erjon Murataj dhe biznesmenët Klodian Zoto e Mirel Mërtiri. Ndërsa në arrest shtëpie janë lënë Alba Thoma, Valbona Ballgjini, Sidita Kopliku, Pëllumb Abeshi, Etleva Kondi dhe Sidita Tola.

Akuza për aferën në Tiranë rëndojnë edhe ndaj ish-ministrit të Mjedisit Lefter Koka dhe ish-sekretarit të tij Alqi Bllako të cilët aktualisht ndodhen në burg. Urdhër-arrestet u firmosën nga prokurori Dritan Prençi, i cili ndoqi hetimet për këtë aferë.
