The Institute of Geosciences has shared a forecast for meteorological conditions in the country for the beginning of the week.

According to the data, intense to moderate rainfall is expected in all regions.

Various problems are also expected, such as falling rocks and inert materials and water flooding in localized urban areas, depending on the sewage system due to storms and high rainfall intensity.

Precipitation:

This afternoon and tomorrow (Monday, the 26th), moderate to locally intense rainfall is expected in the Shkodër, Vlorë and Gjirokastër regions, while in the other regions, light to locally moderate rainfall is expected, accompanied by thunderstorms.

In the North, East and Southeast at altitudes above 900 m above sea level, precipitation will be in the form of snow.

Storms and high rainfall intensity can create various problems, such as falling rocks and debris and flooding in localized urban areas, depending on the sewage system in the regions of Shkodër, Vlorë and Gjirokastër.

Tomorrow, minimum and maximum air temperatures are expected to reach:

on the coast: 8 / 14 °C

in lowlands: 3 / 13 °C
