The Human Rights Court near the Headquarters of the United Nations Organization in Geneva, Switzerland has issued a decision regarding the actions of SPAK and GJKKO towards the journalist Elton Qyno.

The Court of Human Rights in Geneva has restricted the SPAK for the continuation of the investigations of the electronic devices of the journalist Elton Qyno.

SPAK may not perform further judicial actions or inspections, distribution or processing of Qynos devices.

The journalist's case is currently under consideration by the committee and the restriction on the Special Prosecutor's Office will be in force until a final decision is made.
