The embassies are alarmed after Rama's attempt to control SPAK

The recent statements of the speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, and the head of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Bledi Çuçi, towards SPAK, have caused quite a few reactions from the international community. 

CNA has learned that Nikolla, in the informal meeting that the Prime Minister held in Shengjin on January 9 and 10 with his ministers and some of the political leaders, emphasized that the parliament should control the SPAK and that a way should be found for this institution to brakes are put on it.

As CNA learned, Nikolla underlined during the meeting with the socialists that a parliamentary control over SPAK and other independent institutions is definitely needed.

But there was also a reaction from Bledi Çuçi on social networks. On January 15, in a post on "Facebook", while reacting to the first meeting of the Parliamentary Group of the SP, among other things, he wrote one sentence: "To find the mechanisms to control the independent institutions within the integration in EU".

Apparently, Çuçi wants to implement the control scheme on SPAK and wants to find an invention that this institution can be controlled by a Temporary Parliamentary Commission.

For this commission, of course,  "Enver's volunteer" was found, who is ready to commit kamikaze to fight with the new justice institutions.

Diplomatic bodies have been alerted to this. 

Yesterday, through two consecutive statements, one from the German embassy in Tirana and the EU embassy, ??stood up to the government, saying that Altin Dumani and SPAK have the support of all the officials of the European Union and diplomatic institutions in Tirana, in the fight against crime and corruption.

So, a direct response after the statements of Lindita Nikolla, Bledi Çuçi and the positions recently held by Prime Minister Rama./ CNA
