The names of the candidates who will advance to the next phase of the competition procedure for financial investigators, in the Financial Investigation Sector, in the Special Prosecution Office, are being announced.

The Selection Committee for Financial Investigators at SPAK, after conducting the second phase of the evaluation of candidates who applied for this position, has qualified 10 names for the third phase of the competition, the structured oral interview.

Based on Article 6, point 8, letters b) and c) of Regulation No. 248, dated 27.04.2022 "On setting the rules for organizing the competition procedure and appointing investigators of the Financial Investigation Sector, in the Special Prosecutor's Office", only candidates who have accumulated a minimum of 40 (forty) points in the first two phases of the competition will participate in the third phase of the competition.

Based on the results, there are 10 candidates in the race: Enea Sharra, Ermal Milori, Argjend Tota, Kreshnik Gjeçka, Gentian Ndoi, Ditmir Hoda, Ilir Deda, Fotjon Malaj, Klodian Vasia and Lutfi Minxhozi.

The structured oral interview with candidates for financial investigators in the Financial Investigation Sector will take place on Thursday, 23.10.2025, at the building of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime. Candidates will be notified individually of the time set for the interview.

Candidates who have not collected a minimum of 40 (forty) points in the first two phases of the competition will be notified individually of their results. /CNA
