"Monday without precipitation and with average temperatures"/ IGJEUM:

This weekend has been characterized by unstable weather conditions, storms and heavy rainfall, which have caused considerable damage throughout the country.

Regarding this situation, the Institute of Geosciences has shared a forecast, as well as regarding the risk of fires in several regions of the country. 

Forecast from IGJEUM:

rainfall

No precipitation is expected this afternoon (Sunday, 31st) and tomorrow (Monday, 1st) (as shown in the table, respectively for each region).

Temperature

Tomorrow (Monday, 01) minimum and maximum air temperatures are expected to reach:

on the coast: 18 / 26 °C

in lowlands: 16 / 27 °C

in mountainous areas: 10 / 25 °C

wind

This afternoon (Sunday, 31st) and tomorrow (Monday, 1st) the wind is expected to be light to moderate.

FIRES

This afternoon (Sunday, 31st) and tomorrow (Monday, 1st), a "LOW" risk is expected in the Kukës and Korçë regions, while in the other regions a "NO RISK" level is expected.

In some regions, a "LOW" risk is expected only in localized areas, specifically: Vlorë region (North), Berat region (South), Elbasan region (South).

The risk is expected to be higher during the next day. /CNA
