Traffic in Tirana-Elbasan

The Tirana-Elbasan highway is in a catastrophic condition due to heavy traffic. The situation seems chaotic as citizens have been stuck on the highway for three hours.

Due to the kilometer-long line of vehicles, they still have not been able to enter Elbasan.

The blocking points are at the Krrabë-Tunel-Elbasan roundabout, at the former Metalurgjiku roundabout and the roundabout at the entrance to the city of Elbasan.

What we must emphasize is the lack of police patrols in this segment, which is currently in a catastrophic state.

As we said earlier, the appeal is for citizens to avoid moving on this axis for several hours because they will remain blocked, as we emphasize that movement is very difficult and the flow of vehicles is very large.
