He stole several mobile phones in a store/ The 17-year-old is in custody in

A 17-year-old in Librazhd has been arrested by the police after being accused of stealing several mobile phones from a store after breaking the "House Arrest" security measure.  

EB, 17 years old, resident of Librazhd, declared wanted, after on 28.11.2023, he was not found in the apartment, while he was under the security measure "House Arrest", set by the Court of First Instance of the Jurisdiction of General Saranda, for the criminal offenses "Theft" and "Driving the vehicle in an irregular manner", and on 19.12.2023, he stole 4 mobile phones in a mobile phone shop, owned by the citizen ZM

Following the investigative actions for this case, the arrest of the citizen VK, 44 years old, resident of Librazhd, (neighbor of the 17-year-old), as he allegedly pushed the 17-year-old to commit theft, as well as kept him in the apartment his, stolen cell phones.

Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for the citizen ZM, 40 years old, resident of Librazhd, after he took the cell phones from the citizen VK and did not report the theft.

The mobile phones were seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for further actions./ CNA
