Attempt to rape a young woman/ The 38-year-old man is handcuffed in Fier

A 38-year-old man has been arrested by the Fier police after being accused of trying to rape a 27-year-old woman.

The person arrested in the act is a citizen of VD, 38 years old, a resident of Griza, Patos.

This citizen, yesterday, allegedly took a 27-year-old citizen in a vehicle and took her to his apartment, against her will, with whom he attempted to have sexual intercourse with violence. 

During this time, this citizen also used violence against his mother, who intervened to remove the 27-year-old from the apartment.

The procedural materials for this case were submitted to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Fier General Jurisdiction, for the criminal offenses "Domestic violence", "Illegal deprivation of liberty", "Other intentional damage" and "Sexual intercourse with violence with adults", remaining in the attempt"./ CNA
