Ambassador Velaj meets with the mayor of Mödling/ Partnership with the Municipality of Kruja

The Ambassador of Albania to Austria, Fate Velaj, held a working meeting today in the city of Mödling.

Ambassador Velaj was received by Mayor Silvia Drechsler and former Mayor Michael Danzinger.

During the meeting, the ambassador expressed gratitude for the early cooperation since 2003, and shared the latest developments in Albania, efforts for EU membership, and the great potential for tourism and investment.

The Ambassador proposed establishing a partnership between the municipalities of Kruja and Mödling, highlighting opportunities in tourism, renewable energy, and vocational education.
