Former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja testified today at the Criminal Court of Kosovo regarding the assassination attempt against him in 2019.

The former prosecutor recounted the details of that day, saying that he was hit by bullets from the back of the car he was traveling in.

He said that he was unconscious for three minutes, then lost consciousness and saw himself when he woke up in the hospital.

In 2019 I lived in Tirana, I was in Durrës for work. During the month I lived in the city of Shëngjin for the period you asked me.

I had a Mercedes Benz car, the vehicle was driven by all the family members. During October 2019, I took a boy to work, who unfortunately is no longer alive, Andi Maloku. He stayed with me for about a month, I gave more to the car than he did, I just wanted it to be.

Apart from the situation where I was shot, there is nothing else. It was November 1, 1:00 PM. We had lunch with some friends, we stayed until around 4:00 PM. I was with the driver Andi Maloku, and Aleksandër Laho. I knew him as a lawyer.
