Lawyer Ngjela's alarm: They are hiding history from us, Napoleon spoke

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has raised the alarm in a post on his Facebook account that Albanians are being hidden from history. According to the lawyer, Napoleon Bonaparte had declared that he spoke Albanian.

He further continues by saying that the entire European Middle Ages was dominated by Albanian princes, even during the conquest of the Byzantine Empire.

The lawyer states that while Albanian historians remain silent about these facts, modern historiography is shining.

Full post:

For centuries, they have hidden history from us, denied and fought the era of Arbëria: why wasn't it Napoleon Bonaparte who shocked the French when, at the height of his power, he openly declared:

I speak French with women, and Albanian with men.

And we still can't write our history because it has been hidden from us, but over the centuries, the Slavs, the French, and the Greeks have also bought our Albanian princes; while in modern times, our princes who wanted to talk about the history of Albania have been bought or threatened with death.

But what has made history silent is the fact that the greatest figures of famous generals have been Albanians.

The entire European Middle Ages was dominated by Albanian princes; even during the long occupation of the Byzantine Empire, which today the new historiography, based on documents and leadership as figures, is calling the history of Byzantium a hidden history of Arbëria.

As for Albanian historians, they are silent, because of course they have been scared, but now modern historiography is shining.

But why has there been and continues to be fear of the history of Arbëria today?

Because Albanians are still divided today in three other countries: Northern Epirus, Chameria, and Turkey, which are essentially Albanian countries.

But we must not forget that Greece was also created as a state by the Arvanites, in 1881. /CNA
