Albanians from the diaspora also joined today's protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office. Some of them gave speeches on the improvised podium in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

"33 years ago, I asked the president of the time to resign and because of terror I left the country. We were kidnapped by the December movements. Gratitude to the allied countries that gave Albanians opportunities. Together we will build Albania, because we have brilliant people. Those who are outside will build the country together with those who are inside", said a citizen.

Another Albanian, who said she came from Frankfurt, Germany, said that the prime minister is not supporting his people.

"I join in giving the support of Frankfurt and the entire diaspora. We are with you without fear, not like the administration that applauds the prime minister's plight. The honest people of the administration should join us to help us in this initiative. Citizens, knock on your doors, but the system has failed you for years. Prime Minister, give up, you, your society and your supporters! We are in 2026 and we still have hospitals without medicine, our lights go out and we have water on schedule. This prime minister prefers to cooperate with gangs and not support our state ," he said.

Meanwhile, a citizen said that Albanians should unite to overthrow not only Rama but this entire political class.

"We were raised telling us not to play with fire, water and the state, but we have to play. Today we have had protests all over the world, I have often heard Rama resign, when these people get on top of their horses they don't get off. You must join us here with those of us who are dedicated in the diaspora and kick him out, topple not only Rama, but this rotten class," he said. / CNA
