The tragic accident that took the life of the 8-year-old/ The two drivers are arrested

Following the procedural actions, in relation to the road accident, which occurred at noon today, on the "Elbasan-Peqin" axis, in the village of Pajovë, where an 8-year-old minor lost his life as a result, we inform you that the specialists of the Police Sector Roads of DVP Elbasan arrested in flagrante delicto the two drivers of the vehicles, citizens MP, 39 years old resident of Elbasan and MS, 45 years old, for the criminal offense "Violation of traffic rules", resulting in death, provided by Article 290/3 of the Criminal Code.

The procedural materials will be transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
