The State Supreme Audit Report that “arrests” SPAK

It is about the biggest corrupt affair of these 30 years, which goes to over 400 million euros, where the owners of this concession have been declared wanted by police. After almost 7 years, we have a reaction from SPAK, and law enforcement bodies in Albania, which are very suspicious even after the Justice Reform.
