"Scaloni has evolved a lot, Messi can help him"/ Edi Reja talks about Qatar's World Cup favorites

The coach of the Albanian national team, Edi Reja, has spoken about the World Cup in Qatar 2022. In an interview for 'Corriere dello Sport', he has stated that Argentina and Brazil are favorites, but that he will cheer for Scalon's Argentina.

"Argentina and Brazil are favorites because of the climate. I'm for Scalon. I had him at Lazio and I got him at Atalanta. Great in the locker room, but smart and a little annoying, in a good way. After every game he came to the dressing room to tell me: 'Sir, I would have done this in his place'.

Participated in analyses. I could see his commitment. He played the 2006 World Cup with the 'Albiceleste' and already has experience as a coach. He is good, he has evolved a lot tactically. I hope it comes to an end. And Messi can help him. You will see this, it will put him in the best conditions to express himself", concluded Reja.
