Poland releases list for match against Albania, big names and absences

Poland has released the official list of 25 players for the World Cup Play-Off semi-final against Albania.

Coach Jan Urban will rely on the experience of Robert Lewandowski, but has also surprised by inviting Porto's 17-year-old Oskar Pietushevski.

A major absence for the Poles will be Nikola Zalewski, who is suspended due to a booking. Despite this, optimism prevails in the Polish camp, considering qualification against the Rossoneri as a task accomplished.

The media in Poland have already started projecting the grand final of the Play-Off, somewhat underestimating Albania's strength.

The match will take place on March 26 at 20:45 in Warsaw. For Albania, this challenge comes at a delicate moment of injuries, while Poland seeks to exploit the home field factor.

Everything is ready for a 90-minute "battle" that is worth the journey to the World Cup.
