Changes in the AFF, Behari takes on the important position

The Football Federation has decided to make a change in the direction of the Education Sector, appointing Ardi Behari as head of this sector, in the context of further improving and developing professional capacities.

With a long and consolidated experience in the field of training and scouting, Ardi Behari comes to this position as one of the most committed figures in football education in the country. He has been and continues to be a lecturer in a series of courses organized by the Football Federation in cooperation with UEFA, making a direct contribution to the formation of new coaches and specialists.

In a statement to fshf.org, Behari dwells on his vision and objectives for the further development of the Education Sector, as well as for increasing the quality of programs and courses offered by the FSHF, which this year will reach 20 organized.

Appointment as Director of the Education Sector – First of all, I would like to start by thanking those who entrusted me with this task. To the President of the Albanian Football Association, Mr. Duka, who, as far as I know, has the Education Sector as one of his priorities. Thanks to those who have come before me, who have done an excellent job. I feel it as an obligation to continue their path and to try with all my might to improve as much as possible this path that they have paved for me.

The goals that Ardi Behari has at the head of this sector – In short, improving the content of the courses; strengthening discipline; inclusiveness and what is most important in my opinion, the diversity of teaching topics. The moment students become aware and not only, but also interested in what is discussed in the lectures, all the rest are easier to achieve. I see a great hunger from all the students. An extraordinary interest on their part and we must respond with the same coin to their interest by being as prepared as possible in teaching in its interactive way of giving lectures and to bring as many concrete examples that come to their aid to have solutions in their daily lives on the training fields or in matches. This is more or less my goal. Bringing as many solutions as possible closer and then everything depends on their competence, progress, perseverance. But ultimately, the institution also has this task. To provide not only notions, but also solutions so that when students complete the courses, they will be ready to face everyday life in the training fields.

Coaches School – One of the other objectives is to recruit lecturers of a good level, who can come from our own. Those who have played and are educated in football; from the updates that UEFA makes continuously, from the various seminars, the implementation of the latest teaching methods, which will help not only the students, but also the coaches who are training and directing the matches of the Abissnet Superiores. One of my short-term goals is to recruit as many coaches as possible, to bring their experience from the green fields to our auditoriums. It is an easy mission. It is not a task, it is a mission. I hope to be up to this mission.
