Out for five months, Bayern celebrates Musiala's return

Jamal Musiala has returned to training with Bayern Munich, five months after suffering a serious ankle injury.

The 22-year-old midfielder was injured on July 5, 2025, during the Bayern-PSG match in the Club World Cup. After the collision, the player was forced to leave the field in the first half.

Bayern later confirmed that Musiala had suffered a fractured fibula and a dislocated ankle. At the time, the club had predicted he would be out for four to five months. After a lengthy rehabilitation period, he has returned to the pitch and is training normally with the team.

His return represents an important step towards a return to official matches. Bayern will gradually assess his physical condition.
