Inter forgives Lautaro, minimal victory over Udinese on the road

Inter won 1-0 away against Udinese, extending their winning streak in Serie A.

Even though Cristian Chivu made some changes to the lineup due to the upcoming Champions League match, the Blues started the match at a high pace.

Lautaro Martinez scored the only goal of the match in the first half, ending a three-match run without scoring in the league. Inter controlled the game even after the goal, creating other chances, mainly through Martinez and Dimarco.

Udinese had few real chances, while Sommer was only tested on a few occasions. In the second half, Inter continued to be more demanding, but failed to double their lead.

In the final minutes, the home team kept more of the ball, but without seriously endangering Inter's goal, which secured its sixth consecutive away victory.

With this success, Inter continues to comfortably lead the standings with 49 points, 6 more than second-placed Milan. The Rossoneri have one more match to play, against Lecce on Sunday.
