Gjimshiti's goal is disallowed at the end, Atalanta returns to victory

Atalanta returned to winning ways in Serie A, defeating Cremonese 2-1 in matchday 24. The team from Bergamo took control of the match in the first half, scoring two goals.

Krstovi? opened the scoring after 13 minutes, while Zappacosta doubled the lead in the 25th minute. In the second half, Cremonese tried to react, but without creating any clear chances.

National team defender Berat Gjimshiti found the net in the 91st minute, but the goal was disallowed for offside.

The visitors' only goal came in extra time. Atalanta managed the advantage until the end and secured the three points.

With this victory, Atalanta climbs to 39 points, in seventh place.

For Cremonese, this is the third consecutive loss and drops the team to 16th place, with 23 points accumulated.
