The royal family of Qatar pressure FIFA: Do not drink beer in the World Cup!

Only two days separate us from the start of the world championship "Qatar 2022". A world unlike any other, as it will take place like never before in the period November 20-December 18. The host country has set strict rules for the fans, depriving them of many "fun" things.

According to "The Sun", the royal family of Qatar is pressuring FIFA for a complete ban on the sale of alcohol in all 8 stadiums where the World Cup matches will be played. This was done by Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, the brother of the ruler of Qatar.

In this way, fans can consume alcohol only in hotels and restaurants but in limited quantities, while their consumption in the stadium will be strictly prohibited. A beer will cost £12 in official venues and fans will be able to drink up to 4 beers with the aim of not getting drunk. Anyone who manages to pass this figure and get drunk will be sent to a special place to sober up.
