Discipline does not forgive, harsh punishments for Ilirija. Fine for Superior

The Disciplinary Committee has revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that occurred in Albanian football.

The punishments continue at Iliria, where this time the player Brajan Selmani has been punished for threatening the referees, as well as the manager Petrit Selmani. The club has been sentenced to play five matches without fans.

At Skënderbeu, striker Mario Gjata and assistant coach Gentian Lico have been suspended.

DECISIONS: 

1. KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and igniting pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

2. KF Tirana, for failing to comply with its obligations and responsibilities and activity regulations, causing delays in the start of the game, based on article 8/1 of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

3. KF Teuta, for failure to comply with its responsibilities in maintaining order and security, by allowing unauthorized persons into the interior of the stadium, based on articles 8/1 and 17/1 of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

4. KF Iliria, for failure to comply with its responsibilities in maintaining order and security, jeopardizing the safety of match officials, as well as for the misconduct of spectators, where offensive chants were used against match officials, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the Code of Ethics and Discipline, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek, as well as with the holding of 5 (five) matches without the presence of spectators. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

In accordance with Article 58 of the Activity Regulations, KF Iliria is ordered to send for approval the list of officials who will remain in the stands, to the match delegate, at least 48 hours before the start of each match until the end of the suspension.

5. KF Iliria player, Brajan Selmani, for threatening match officials and for disrespecting decision no. 15, dated 05.12.2025, based on articles 14/1/k and 29/1/d of the KDE, is punished with suspension from any activity organized by the Albanian Football Association for a period of 10 (ten) matches.

The unserved period of the previous sentence of decision no. 15, dated 05.12.2025, is added to the new term of sentence.

6. The official of KF Iliria, Petrit Selmani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities. In accordance with article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and the interior of the stadium, until the end of the sentence.

7. KF Skënderbeu official, Gentian Lico, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

8. Lojtari i KF Skënderbeu, Mario Gjata, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

9. Lojtari i KF Laçi, Taleb Khalil, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

10. FC Lushnja, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve, duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të nenit 17/2/b të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/a të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 50%.

11. Zyrtari i FK Kukësi, Florian Biba, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë. Në zbatim të nenit 6/2/b të KDE, zyrtarit i ndalohet hyrja në dhomat e zhveshjes dhe ambientet e brendshme të stadiumit, deri në përfundim të dënimit.

12. Zyrtari i FC Lushnja, Mario Sula, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

13. KF Tirana U-16, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve, duke hedhur sende në fushën e lojës, në bazë të nenit 17/2/b të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

14. Zyrtari i KF Vllaznia U-16, Ali Shpuza, për provokim të spektatorëve, në bazë të nenit 14/1/f të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

15. Zyrtari i KF Vllaznia U-16, Khaled Hoxha, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

16. FC Kinostudio U-16, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së mosplotësimit të masave të nevojshme të sigurisë gjatë zhvillimit të ndeshjeve, të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.

17. Pranimin e kërkesës së kërkuesit Aldo Vangjeli. Klubi i Futbollit Tirana, për dështim në ekzekutimin e vendimit nr. 21, datë 21.11.2025 të Dhomës Kombëtare të Zgjidhjes së Mosmarrëveshjeve, në bazë të nenit 29/1/b të KDE, Klubit të Futbollit Tirana i jepet një afat paralajmërues prej 30 (tridhjetë) ditësh për të ekzekutuar vendimin.

Kundër vendimit lejohet ankim brenda 3 (tre) ditëve përpara Komisionit të Apelit.





Lajmet e fundit nga
