Nobody like Strakosha! 22 untouched goals, the Albanian ranks among the best in Europe

The year 2025 has been positive for Thomas Strakosha, both with the Albanian National Team and with his club AEK in the Greek Championship.

The 30-year-old goalkeeper has kept a clean sheet in half of his matches this year. According to the rankings published by Transfermarkt, Strakosha is ranked fourth among the best-performing goalkeepers. He has played a total of 44 matches, keeping a clean sheet in 22 of them.

Benfica's Anatoli Trubin, Paris Saint-Germain's Gianluigi Donnarumma and Borussia Dortmund's Gregor Kobel are listed before him.

However, Strakosha has the highest ratio of clean sheets to matches played. In this respect, he leads the statistical rankings.

The evaluation was made including matches in all competitions and with representative teams.
