An international report warns that more and more countries are increasing and deploying nuclear weapons, signaling a dangerous return to an arms race.

According to the Nuclear Weapons Ban Monitor report, almost all 9 countries with nuclear weapons are increasing their arsenals or planning to expand them.

These countries are: USA, Russia, China, France, Great Britain, India, Pakistan, Israel, North Korea.
