Psychoemotional states with a negative charge, such as anger, fear, shame, guilt, loneliness, sadness, etc., affect the biochemical transformation in the organism.

The established biochemical situation continues to be present in the organism even after the cause that created the situation has ended. It is precisely the consequences of this longevity that are provoked by negative situations, that are at the center of attention and studies of scientists.

Ata kanë arritur në përfundime se përjetimet negative, si zemërimi, frika, vetmija turpi, ndjenja e fajit, trishtimi e tjera, provokojnë situata biokimike në organizëm që prishin procesin normal të zhvillimit dhe rritjes, në veçanti të masës trunore. Ata insistojnë se “terrori që përjeton një fëmijë, kur përballet me një prind të dhunshëm apo që e frikson, nuk duhet nënvleftësuar, pasi është një frikë pa rrugëdalje.

Është një frikë pa rrugëdalje sepse pikërisht ata, prindërit, që duhet ta mbrojnë e ta duan, e tmerrojnë. Kjo frikë “prish” ekuilibrin e trasmetitorëve ngacmues të trurit si “glutamati” që është nga neurotrasmetitorët më të fuqishëm, i cili luan rrol kryesor në aktivizimin neural, dhe sidomos vepron në sistemin limbik.

The limbic system deals with short-term memory, emotions and sense of self. This system of special importance for humans requires care from the beginning of life, i.e. in early childhood, as the full development of this system can easily be hindered and the consequences continue to appear even in adulthood.
