Arta Imshhtari, a 43-year-old woman has been living in difficult conditions for two decades.

Due to economic impossibility, she is forced to live on the streets.

The 43-year-old woman says that despite constant requests for a modest shelter, she has not received any help from the relevant institutions.

Imshhtari says that her income is minimal, only managing to survive and provide daily food.

"I have often asked for help for a shelter, but no one has come to help me. My income from work is small and like every day I hope someone will help me.

I have been looking for a house for a long time, I had two children and I wanted to keep them near my family, I came to Vlora and expected to get a house since my documents were in order and met the conditions. I have been asking the police for help for a long time for a house where I can relax and take a bath as I am a woman.

For 10 years I have been asking for help from the police, but only with the police, I have often gone to the municipality, but again the same answer, I often spent my days by the sea, then when it got dark I came to the cities because I was afraid. I waited years with the children for us not to become a house and be together, but then the children left because they could not bear the misery anymore, then the husband left me and married someone else, he asked for immediate help because my life is very difficult", said Arta Imshhtari.

As she ages and her health problems worsen, she seeks urgent help as she feels she is losing her strength and her health is deteriorating.
