The New Hospital "Our Lady of Good Counsel"/ Manastirliu paves the way

At the opening ceremony of the "Our Lady of Good Counsel" Hospital, the Minister of Health and Social Protection said that this is a new investment not only in infrastructure but also in the cooperation of the public and non-public health systems.


"This new hospital, which is added to our health system, is not only complementary, but will essentially enable competitiveness between the clinical services of the public and non-public system for the benefit of citizens, thus contributing to the increase in quality", said Manastirliu .


Duke folur për rolin që do të ketë për studentët, Manastirliu tha se hapja e këtij spitali universitar do jetë dhe baza e re didaktike, për qindra studentë të mjekësisë apo teknikë të shkencave mjekësore, shqiptarë apo të huaj.
Duke folur për investimet në sektorin publik drejt modernizimit të sistemit shëndetësor në vend, Manastirliu u shpreh:


"If until yesterday such investments would have made us proud, but they were exclusive to the non-public service, today public health has entered a new phase of service modernization, with new hospitals, contemporary technology such as the new surgical hospital, pediatric hospitals from Tirana, in Durrës and Elbasan, Maternity Hospitals from Lezha, Korça, Berati and Kukësi, to the major investment of the new Internal Medicine Hospital that will be opened soon. This moment opens a new way for public and non-public inter-hospital cooperation, with the aim of expanding services, increasing access and improving their quality", said Manastirliu./ CNA.al
