Urologist surgeon at QSUT, Bilbil Hoxha, has raised concerns about prostate cancer.

Hoxha told ABC News that after the pandemic, he and his colleagues have noticed that the cases they handle are more aggressive than before.

"What we see in our daily work is that the symptomatology or clinic of all diseases has worsened post-Covid. We have much more aggressive cases than before. I say this for sure", he said.

The doctor recommended that men at the age of 50 do checks, with the aim of catching it in the early stages.

"The signs are difficulty urinating, frequent urination, especially at night, and lower back pain begins. Men over the age of 50 should do checks", said Hoxha./ BA - CNA.al
