When it comes to the gills, you should focus on one exercise – the neck rotation.
This exercise helps you strengthen and tone the neck muscles and makes that area more elastic.
Stand straight with your eyes forward. Slowly turn your head to the left as far as you can and then turn to the right.
Repeat this exercise 5-10 times on each side.
Stand or sit with your body straight. Place your right hand on the right side of your head.
Push your head towards your palm and at the same time push your head with your hand.
Create a resistance in this movement and stay in this position for 10-20 seconds.
Repeat the exercise on the other side and do it 2-3 times a day with 10 sessions.

This exercise has an impact on the gill muscles.
Sit and keep your body straight. Open your mouth and then hold your upper lip over your lower teeth for 10-15 seconds.
Repeat this exercise for 5-7 minutes, two or three times a day.
How you sit has a big impact on your neck and chin muscles.
If you sit crooked, fat deposits in the gills will increase. Do not try to assume a reclining position while sitting. Stand straight with your head up.
Being overweight is one of the main reasons that lead to thickening of the gills. If you take in more calories than you burn then you are at risk of obesity.
If you cut your weekly calories by 3,500 calories, you will lose 450 grams per week.
Eat small portions, avoid fatty, fried foods and sweets.
Avoid caloric, carbonated or sugary drinks. Always eat salad and eat nuts and seeds more often.
Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains and protein.
Water is important not only to lose weight but also to eliminate toxins from the body.
