He is neither less nor more than Professor Pëllumb Pilinçi.

Pilinç has landed in Theth surrounded by bodyguards, saying he will drag Rama to Skanderbeg.

He assures all Albanians that he will overthrow Rama's government within a month and create a new government.

"Edi Rama, I told you two days ago, I will drag you all the way to Skanderbeg."
