How much does a house cost in Vlora?

Foreigners dominate domestic buyers in the real estate market.

During the beginning of 2024, apartment prices in Vlora increased significantly, due to demand exceeding supply, according to Ndriçim Meminaj, a real estate agent in the city for years.

This period, according to him, brought a moment when demand for real estate increased unexpectedly.

At the beginning of 2025, prices have reached a level of stability, further increasing the interest of buyers, most of whom are foreigners.

But what are the most favorite areas in the coastal city?

Real estate agents say that the Lungomare waterfront is no longer a trend. Buyers' attention is now focused on other developing spots such as: Old Beach, Orikumi, but also the hilly tourist areas such as Kanina and the village of Radhimë./ CNA
