The Vjosa-Art Festival/Përmet welcomes sounds and voices from all over the

The international Vjosa-Art festival was held for the first time in the city of Përmet, a three-day cultural event that brought sounds and voices from all over the world, turning the southern city into an open stage of art and emotions.

For three nights in a row, well-known and young artists performed for the Përmet audience, including pianist Koço Tashko, the nephew of Tefta Tashko Koço, pianist Adelajd Zhuri, as well as the internationally renowned Përmet singer Suela Mero, who lives and creates in Canada. Singer Klajdi Musabelliu also brought special emotions, while the evenings culminated with an after party to the rhythms of DJ Ave.

The participating artists expressed their gratitude for the hospitality and unique atmosphere of the festival, promising to return in future editions.

The festival's artistic director, Alma Strazimiri, told the media that Vjosa-Art was received with extraordinary enthusiasm by the residents of Përmet, who even braved the weather to be an active part of every evening.

The Vjosa-Art Festival is organized for the first time this year by Përmet journalist Bledi Mane, in collaboration with the Municipality of Përmet, and aims to become an annual tradition that promotes the art, culture and natural beauties of this city./ CNA
