Tirana Municipal Elections/ Ngjela criticizes the DP: It needed a high-level candidate

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela commented today regarding Florjan Binaj's candidacy for the Municipality of Tirana, which was publicly supported by the Democratic Party.

In a television show, Ngjela was critical of this name, saying that the DP needed a high-level candidate.

Ngjela added that the opposition needed a candidate with extensive social and popular recognition.

"A high-level candidate was needed, the problem is that he had to be known in public opinion, with great recognition. Otherwise, there is no way, but they may have searched but did not find it. I say that an individual had to have social and popular recognition, be eloquent and give the society an understanding that this is a righteous man. These are elements that create the popular image of a society," said Ngjela./CNA
