"Binaj, consensual candidate"/ Journalist: The opposition won the

Journalist Bledian Koka today described Florjan Binaj as a consensual opposition candidate for the Municipality of Tirana.

Invited to A2CNN, Koka said that Binaj has won the support of all parties within the opposition, despite claims about the figure with whom he will compete on November 11.

The journalist added that with this election, the opposition won the first challenge of unity in Tirana.

 "Will Tirana be the DP's attempt to reinvent itself? A first challenge was won. The selection of a candidate who has received everyone's support.

A candidate who comes from a civic vocation, from civic dignity. A negotiation process was created that today produced a candidate who is now consensual.

Even those who wanted something else said he's not a bad candidate. Even in 2023, the DP was pressured to have a candidate who was not too political and closer to the citizens.
