Patronageists/Cela: Investigations have begun, here's how the country's prosecutors are acting

Chief Prosecutor Olsian Çela answered today in the Assembly several questions of interest addressed by MPs regarding the institution's activities.

Among other things, Çela also answered a question asked by opposition representatives regarding patronage.

In his response, Çela said that the use of the administration for this activity has also been referred to by the country's prosecutors.

According to Çela, investigations have also been launched into this matter, as it is an offense also provided for in Article 28, point 'a', and the results of these investigations remain to be seen.

"The use of administration is a problem also referred to by the prosecution offices. This is also foreseen by Article 128/a. Investigations have been launched in the district prosecution offices. The results remain to be seen," said Çela ./ CNA
