"Irresponsibility in waste disposal"/ Rama: We will face a problem,

Prime Minister Edi Rama, in a meeting with residents of Unit 5 in the capital, focused on the issue of cleaning.

Rama said that the city's cleaning situation has become very difficult due to everyone's irresponsibility in throwing away waste, as well as the increase in the number of residents.

The Prime Minister further stated that the increase in the number of residents in Tirana brings an increase in waste and for a short time there will be no place to place waste bins.

 

"Where possible, we will confiscate urban land as agricultural land."

The issue of cleaning is a common issue everywhere. The widespread irresponsibility of each of us in throwing away garbage, filling the bins with boxes that take up all the space makes it very difficult. Tirana is growing and the increase in the number of residents brings an increase in waste. Very soon we will face a problem, where to place the bins.

"Tirana, despite all the trauma the municipality is going through, will have a good budget ," Rama said./ CNA
