They built without permission in protected areas/ 5 citizens are being

They built without permission, in protected areas and in various areas of Tropoja, 2 citizens are wanted and 5 citizens are being processed at large.

The Tropoja Police Commissariat, during field checks and verifications, for 2 consecutive days, has identified and cracked down on 7 cases of this illegality.

Following procedural actions, Criminal Investigation specialists declared the following citizens wanted:

SB, 47 years old, resident of the village of Gegaj, for having built a building on the "Ujza" mountain without the permission of the competent authorities.

AD, a resident of Tirana, was building an illegal building in the mountains of the “Malaj” neighborhood, Valbona (protected area). His father, citizen SD, was also prosecuted while still at large.

Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated in the absence of the following citizens:

GK and SA, residents of Tropoja, have built buildings in the "Sylbica" mountains without permission from the competent authorities.

P. Gj., resident of Puka, after carrying out construction works in the village of Breg Lumi without the permission of the competent authorities.

KH, a resident of the village of Viçidol, was building a building without the permission of the competent authorities in the place called the "Rrëzë Shkëlzenit" mountain range.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kukës, for further action. /CNA
